How does your fee structure work?
Our fee structure is quite flexible depending on the type of staffing solution that you require. As an entrepreneurial company, we're able to offer fee structure flexibility that most agencies cannot. For example, our fee may contain a relatively small cash component mixed with stock options. Other factors that will influence our fee include the number of requirements you have now and have forecasted, and whether or not you'll allow us an exclusivity to fill your requirements, etc. Normally, the fee is charged as a percentage of your new employee's starting annual salary. We provide a comprehensive guarantee to ensure your satisfaction. Details of our fees and guarantee are described in our standard services agreement that will be provided to you upon consulting with a Pinnacle IT Force representative.
